Welcome to Lizzy's Adventures with Aplastic Anemia!
Since Lizzy was diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia in the Spring of 2001, we have made many friends from all over the world.
We have been able to lean on our friends for support when we needed it... and we have been there for our friends to lean on us.
The folks that post to our Guest Book and now our Message Boards aren't doctors or specialists. They are Moms and Dads and Grandmas and Friends. Each providing an important part of our community here online. However, don't confuse well-meaning advice or personal opinions with your own doctor's medical expertise.
We are very happy that you have found our little corner of the Web. Make yourself comfortable and welcome to our group.
